How do I access my courses?
Once you have purchased a course you will receive an email with login details to the HubLearner portal. You can click the person icon on the right hand side of the nav bar to access the portal.
What do I get with the mentor option?
When you purchase a course with the mentor option, you will be allocated a mentor who will reach out to you. They will be on hand to answer any questions you have on the course and you will be allocated 2 30 minute meetings with them as well as asynchronous communication via email or Whatsapp.
Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes! If you have completed the course to a satisfactory standard and passed the tests and assignments you will get a certificate.
Do I need a HubSpot account before I start?
Not necessarily as in the basic course we walk through the steps to set up a new HubSpot portal. However to do some of the more advanced elements you should ideally have a pro or above enabled account. If you don’t have access to pro and above we suggest creating a developer account which has advanced tool access.
Do I need to have used HubSpot already to be able to complete the basic course?
No, the basic course is designed for complete beginners. However if you have some knowledge of other CRMs or marketing automation platforms then you will find it easier.
How long will it take to complete a course on average?
It really depends on how much time you allocate to it. If you learn around your day job part-time then it can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 1 month to complete. We have designed our courses to be flexible and self serve so you aren’t rushed into a deadline.
How long do I have access to the course for?
There is no time limit so once you purchase a course you are free to access it and work on it at anytime.
Can I get a refund if it's not for me?
We’re confident that our courses deliver immense value and are designed to help you master HubSpot effectively. Because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
